Pretty Curls!

These pictures were just too cute not to post!
I love Maddie's cute little natural curls! And I'm proud to say that she got them from her Mommy :).

Sassy little Haircut!

Madison's hair was finally long enough for me to give her a cute little sassy cut!
Since it's still so thin, I kept it short to give it more volume (and avoid the long, stringy look). And with her curly hair, it easily flips up in the back so I gave her a little flip in the back. I actually had this exact haircut for a few years when I worked in the Salon and still love it!

She looks so grown up now though, it makes me so sad! :(

1st Time at Chuckee Cheese

Rowland & I are such typical 1st time parents, we can't wait to take Madison everywhere! Chuckee Cheese was another check on the list.
She was a little scared of the rides at first, but eventually got the hang of it.

Madison noticed there was definitely something wrong with this dog when she put her hand on its shoulder and said: "Dog?...Dog?!"

She loved the games, as always and of course, the balloon.
It was fun to take her even though she's still a little young to appreciate the whole experience; we'll definitely wait a few years before having a birthday party there!

So sad when it was time to go. :(

The Child of a Hairdresser!

As a hairdresser, I've been extremely anxious for little Maddie's hair to grow more so I can do all kinds of fun things with it! Poor Maddie isn't even two yet and already she's had her hair curled, round-brushed, flat-ironed, trimmed several times and has even had to wear a hair piece!
Hopefully when she's older she'll appreciate the convenience of having a mother who's a hairdresser! As for now, I had to bribe her by letting her play in some of my hair supplies long enough to let me do this. She learned a new phrase that day: "No more Momma!"

I'm ready for my close-up...
